Congratulations to Dr. Regina Ianozi (Germanic Studies) who was selected as a 2018-19 Academic Advisor of the Year by the Office of Undergraduate Studies for her service to the Germanic Studies undergraduate program through her tireless recruitment efforts and her dedication to mentoring undergraduate majors and minors. In his letter to Regina, Bill Cohen the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of Undergraduate Studies describes the selection process as highly competitive. He quotes delightful comments from the students such as one describing Regina as "the most genuinely warm" person s/he ever met, and the reason why s/he is pursuing a major in Germanic Studies.
