Persian Flagship Student Achieves Advance Level Rating and Scholarship

Nathan is a senior with dual degrees in Neuroscience and Persian Studies, with a minor in Health, Humanities, and Medicine.

We are delighted to announce that our Persian Flagship student, Nathan Boyle has formally achieved an advance level rating in Persian and will be completing his domestic Capstone Immersion year on campus starting in summer 2023. Nathan will be receiving the Flagship Scholarship of $20,000 to support his participation in the 2023-24 Persian Capstone. 

Nathan is a senior with dual degrees in Neuroscience and Persian Studies, with a minor in Health, Humanities, and Medicine. After graduating, he hopes to pursue an MD-PhD, with the long-term goal of improving treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders and expanding access to evidence-based care in Central Asia. He will be a resident of the Language House during his Capstone year. Congratulations, Nathan!
